Standard air coolers (high-temperature DL, medium-temperature DD, and low-temperature DJ series), compared with non-standard models, feature compact structure, light weight, no occupation of cold storage area, enabling rapid cooling of stored food in the cold storage and significantly enhancing food preservation. The shell is made of high-quality steel plates by stamping and undergoes strict chemical treatment. The surface is sprayed with polyurethane powder. The coil pipes are arranged in either parallel or cross patterns, featuring strong adhesion, good resistance to ultraviolet rays, excellent anti-corrosion performance, and high heat transfer efficiency. They are suitable for installation and use in various climate environments. Water-cooled frost removal air coolers (DLS, DDS, and DJS series) can efficiently and quickly clean the coil pipe surfaces, have fast de-icing speed and good effect, low energy consumption, simple operation, and good defrosting effect. The temperature rise in the cold storage is small during defrosting. These series of advantages have broken through the technical barrier of electric heating defrosting, meeting the demand for rapid defrosting in cold storages.
